Question 1

What is a LinkedIn video downloader?

Accepted Answer

A LinkedIn video downloader is a tool that saves the video from a LinkedIn post as a file on your device. This one reads a public post from its link and lists every quality LinkedIn made, and the MP4 downloads straight from LinkedIn.

Question 2

How do I download a video from LinkedIn?

Accepted Answer

To download a video from LinkedIn, copy the post's link from its … menu (Copy link to post), paste it into the LinkedIn video downloader, press Get video, then press Download next to the quality you want.

Question 3

Can I download a LinkedIn video on my iPhone?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can download a LinkedIn video on an iPhone: press Download and it saves to the Files app, or press Share or save to open the share sheet, where an iPhone offers Save Video to put it in Photos.

Question 4

What quality are downloaded LinkedIn videos?

Accepted Answer

Downloaded LinkedIn videos come in the qualities LinkedIn made: 720p, 640p and 360p, with 720p the highest on all 12 public video posts I checked on September 26, 2026. The LinkedIn video downloader lists them all, best first, with each file's size.

Question 5

Why can't I download a video from some LinkedIn posts?

Accepted Answer

You can't download a video from a LinkedIn post that isn't public, like one shared only with connections or inside a group, because reading it needs a sign-in. A post with a photo or a document has no video file to save.

Question 6

Can I download any LinkedIn video?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can download the video from any public LinkedIn post, from a person or a company page. Posts shared only with connections or inside a group need a sign-in, so the LinkedIn video downloader can't read them.

Question 7

Can I download someone else's LinkedIn video?

Accepted Answer

You can download any public LinkedIn video, but the video belongs to the person who posted it. Save your own freely; ask before you reuse someone else's.

Question 8

Do I need a LinkedIn account to download a video?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't need a LinkedIn account to download a video with this tool, because it reads public posts, the way anyone can see them without signing in.

Question 9

Is the video stored on your server?

Accepted Answer

No, the video is never stored on my site: it downloads straight from LinkedIn's servers to your device. The tool reads only the post's public page to find the video, and keeps what it found for a day so the next visitor gets it faster.

Question 10

Is the LinkedIn video downloader free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the LinkedIn video downloader is free, with no sign-up and no watermark. To keep it free for everyone, each person can read 20 posts every 10 minutes.
