How can I help?

Q: How do I contact Navid?

Use the [contact form](/contact), or email [n@navid.me](mailto:n@navid.me). I answer within 24 hours, and usually much faster.

Q: Where are the courses I bought before?

They're in Navid Legacy, the private library at [legacy.navid.me](https://legacy.navid.me). Sign in with the email you bought with, and I'll send you a 6-digit login code.

Q: How do I ask for a refund?

Email [support@navid.me](mailto:support@navid.me) with your order number and the reason. The [refund policy](#legal/refund) explains what can be refunded.

Q: How do I know an account is really Navid's?

Check it against my [official channels](/verification) page. If it isn't listed there, it isn't me.

Q: Where do I get the AI OS Starter Kit?

It's free on [GitHub](https://github.com/thenavidm/ai-os), under the MIT license. [Get the AI OS Starter Kit](/docs/products/get-the-ai-os-starter-kit) has the one-command install.
