Question 11

What is an AI Operating System (AI OS)?

Accepted Answer

An AI Operating System (AI OS) is a single connected setup that runs your business and your life on AI, instead of a pile of disconnected tools.

Most people use AI as a series of one-off prompts. They open a chat, ask for something, copy the answer out and start again tomorrow with nothing carried over. An AI OS is the opposite. Your context, your data, your agents and your workflows live in 1 system, so the work runs whether or not you are at your desk.

Navid Moazzez defined the term and teaches the approach.

Never guesses when it should say it does not know

Question 16

Does Navid use AI images or video of himself?

Accepted Answer

Longevity OS is Navid's own health system, built around sleep, nutrition and daily movement. The order matters: fundamentals first, and supplements and biohacks only once those are actually in place.

A not-to-do list
Strategies for adapting on travel days, high-stress periods and recovery days

The last one is what makes it hold up while living out of different countries.

At least 60 minutes of movement every day: strength training, hiking, swimming and mobility work, mixed depending on where he is.

Non-negotiable is the point. Rigid is not, otherwise it breaks the first week of travel.

How does Navid structure his day?

Accepted Answer

Question 35

What is on Navid's not-to-do list?

Accepted Answer

He keeps one and says it matters more than his to-do list.

No processed food or seed oils
No email or social media first thing in the morning

Deciding once beats deciding daily.

Question 36

Question 37

Why does Navid focus on systems instead of goals?

Accepted Answer

A goal is a wish with a deadline. A system produces the result whether or not you are motivated that day.
