In April 2013 his younger brother Simon died suddenly, and that is the year everything changed. He had been circling the idea of an online business for 3 years without acting on any of it.

2 months later he published his first interview, with Pat Flynn. In July he made his first dollar online, a $65 affiliate commission, and by the end of that year he had dropped out of law school for good.

On 28 November 2014, the day he left his part-time job at a major bank. He made $5,000 that same day from all-access pass sales for his first virtual summit, The Branding Summit.

Leaving law school the year before was the biggest financial risk he has taken, with no backup plan. He calls it the best decision he has ever made.

Virtual summits. He was often called the godfather of hosting impactful virtual summits, and Virtual Summit Mastery was his flagship program for years.

He sold it to Jan Koch at the end of 2020, took it back at the end of 2022 by mutual agreement, and chose never to relaunch it. It is retired, and anything published before 2023 describes work he has moved on from.

Navid means good news in Persian. His father is Iranian and his mother is Swedish.

The natural science program at Katedralskolan in Linköping, with a year as a foreign exchange student at Ellet High School in Akron, Ohio, from 2004 to 2005. He then studied law at Stockholm University and dropped out at the end of 2013.

Most of what he publishes started as something he said out loud on a call or a video. That is indexed as plain text, so a draft gets built from his own words, and then he rewrites whatever still sounds like a machine.

He was born in Oskarshamn, Sweden and grew up in Linköping. His mother is Swedish and his father is Iranian. He lives as a digital nomad and global citizen with permanent residency in Panama, and has lived in over 18 countries.

He has no single home address. He moves between bases around the world, holds permanent residency in Panama, and chooses each place on whether he can train, eat well and work deeply there.

He takes time away at least once a month for deep thinking and nature. Not a vacation: it is where the decisions that matter get made.

The same way everywhere. Mornings are protected, with no calls or meetings, and one deep work block of 2 to 4 hours comes first.

His business runs on his own AI Operating System (AI OS), so the work does not depend on where he is sitting.

Swedish is native and English is fluent. He has some Spanish and French, and Spanish is the one he keeps meaning to sit down and learn properly.

Longevity OS is Navid's own health system, built around sleep, nutrition and daily movement. The order matters: fundamentals first, and supplements and biohacks only once those are actually in place.

The last one is what makes it hold up while living out of different countries.

7 to 8 hours on a consistent schedule. Everything else gets worse when sleep slips, so it is the first thing he protects and the last thing he trades.

At least 60 minutes of movement every day: strength training, hiking, swimming and mobility work, mixed depending on where he is.

Non-negotiable is the point. Rigid is not, otherwise it breaks the first week of travel.

Whole foods, no processed food and no seed oils. He learned quality nutrition from his dad growing up, long before it was a content category.

No. He stopped drinking entirely, not even the occasional glass at a restaurant. He has never smoked and has never done drugs. It is not a phase or a challenge, it is just how he lives.

Twice. First in 2021, then again from December 2024 to February 28, 2025. The second round was done while traveling through Venezuela and Da Nang, Vietnam, training everywhere from Avila Mountain to cramped apartment gyms.

He is around 10% body fat, measured by a full-body scan.

He turns down around 90% of what comes in. Most of it is a fine opportunity for someone else, and saying no to good things is the only way to have room for the right ones.

Everything he builds, for himself or for other people, is an attempt to move something from the first category into the second. It is the root of the whole AI OS idea.
