AI keynote speaker and workshop leader
I speak about building an AI operating system: the agents, skills and workflows that run real work. Not predictions about 2030. Things your team can build the week after the event.

4 signature talks
Each one gets rebuilt around your audience before the event. The structure holds, the examples change.
Build your AI operating system
Everyone. The flagship.
Most teams leave an AI talk inspired and unchanged. This one ends with a system: the agents, skills and workflows that do the work, and the order to build them in.
Small team, big output
CEOs, founders, operations
How a small team out-produces a large one once AI runs the repeatable parts. What to automate first, what to never automate, and where the real constraint moves to.
AI in the open
HR, L&D, change leaders
Adoption is the hard part, not the tools. Why capable teams quietly avoid AI, and what makes people actually use it instead of nodding along in the training.
The attention engine
Marketing, media, creator teams
What changes about content and distribution when AI writes the first draft of everything. Where attention still comes from, and what stops working.
Keynote, workshop or full day
Keynote
45 to 90 minutes. Opening or closing.
Half-day workshop
3 to 4 hours. Teams build alongside.
Full-day training
Deeper build. Smaller room.
Virtual
Live, not pre-recorded. Any timezone.
Rooms I speak to
Companies running an AI push
The licenses are bought and usage is flat. This session is about what people do differently on Monday, not which tool to buy next.
Associations and member conferences
Your members span every level of AI literacy, from daily users to people who have never opened it. The talk is built for that whole room.
Leadership offsites and board days
Smaller room, harder questions. Where AI changes how the company operates, what it costs to be late, and what to decide this quarter.
Sales kickoffs and annual meetings
A high-energy slot that still has to be useful. Reps leave with things they can run in their own pipeline that week.
Universities and education events
Students and faculty, in a job market where the entry-level work is the first thing automated. What to build instead.
Creator and media conferences
Home turf. What changes about content and distribution when everyone has the same tools, and where attention still comes from.

Frequently asked questions
No. The talk is built around what people do at work, not how models are built. Rooms with no engineers get the same session and the same takeaways.
Yes, and it is the part that takes the most time. Before the event I go through what your team actually does day to day, then rebuild the examples around it. A generic AI keynote is worth very little.
Almost certainly not. Most AI keynotes in 2025 were about what was coming. This one is about what your team can build in the next quarter, which is a different talk entirely.
The audience, the room size, the format and what you want people doing differently afterwards. Everything else I can work around.
Fees depend on format, customization, travel and audience size. Send the details and you get a number back, not a brochure.
Tell me about your event
Send the date, the audience, the format, and what you want people doing differently afterwards. That is enough for me to tell you whether I am the right fit, and what it costs.
