Question 1

Who is Navid Moazzez?

Accepted Answer

I have spent 12+ years building online businesses and 5+ of them building with AI, which was well before anyone called it a category. My work has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, HuffPost, Inc and Business Insider, and I host the AI Creator Summit, which has been watched by 100,000+ creators in 110+ countries.

I build AI operating systems for a living and I run my own business on one every day. There is a longer version on the about page.

Question 2

Which of the 5 is right for me?

Accepted Answer

Work down from how much of the building you want to do.

If you want to build it yourself, start free in AI OS Lab.

If you want it done properly and done fast, start with the AI OS Audit: 60 minutes on your setup, and a roadmap you can build from whether or not we work together after it.

If the problem is your team rather than you, it is AI training.

Question 3

Can I move between them?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and nothing you have already built is wasted. It is one system at every level, so the context, connectors and skills you set up on your own are the same ones we keep building together. Most people start free, then come back when they hit something they cannot get past.

Question 4

What if none of them fit?

Accepted Answer

Then I will say so. Send me what your week looks like and I will tell you which one fits or that none of them do. I would rather turn work down than sell you the wrong level of it.

Question 5

Do you take on every client?

Accepted Answer

No. I run a small number of engagements at once because the work is hands-on, and I turn down anything I do not think will work. If I do not believe I can move your business, I will tell you on the first call.

Question 6

What is an AI operating system?

Accepted Answer

4 jobs, done in order. It knows your business, it reaches your tools, it does the work, and it runs without you.

It is not a tool you buy. It is the layer underneath whichever AI tools you already use, which is why the Lab, the consulting and the training all build the same thing at different depths.

Question 7

Do I own it, or am I locked into a platform?

Accepted Answer

You own it. It is files, context and skills that live in your own accounts and work with whichever AI agent you open. If you stop working with me it keeps running.

Question 8

Which AI agents does it work with?

Accepted Answer

The ones you already use. The system is the context and the skills, not the model. I build most of mine in Claude Code, and the same setup works with whatever your team has standardised on.

Question 9

Do I need to be technical?

Accepted Answer

No. Most of the people I work with run a business, not an engineering team. If you can describe how your work actually gets done, you already have the hard part.

Question 10

How is training different from AI consulting?

Accepted Answer

Consulting is me building it with you or for you. Training is me teaching your team to build it themselves.

Most companies need some of both, which is why the two overlap on purpose. If you are not sure which side of the line you are on, that is what the first call is for.

Question 11

Can I get certified to build AI operating systems for clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Certified AI OS Consultant program is an 8-week live cohort where you build an AI OS for a real business, then get certified on it in a live review with me.

Question 12

How long is a workshop?

Accepted Answer

The short one for creators and founders runs about 2 hours. Team training is scoped to the work: a single session for one department, or a series when it is going across the company.

Question 13

Can you train a team that is already using AI?

Accepted Answer

That is the usual case. Most teams are using it in pockets, with no shared workflow, no review loop and nobody owning the output. The work is turning that into something repeatable rather than starting from zero.

Question 14

What do you speak about?

Accepted Answer

Becoming AI-native: what an AI operating system is, how it gets built, and what changes in a business that has one. Rebuilt around your audience from a call before the event, rather than delivered from a deck I already own.

Question 15

Do you speak virtually or in person?

Accepted Answer

Both, anywhere. For in-person events, travel and accommodation are billed on top at cost and agreed before anything is booked.

Question 16

What does namo.design actually do?

Accepted Answer

Design and development for founders and AI startups: the sites that carry an offer, product interfaces, brand systems and motion. Designed and built by one person rather than handed between a designer and a developer.

Question 17

Is design part of the AI OS work?

Accepted Answer

No, and it is worth being clear about that. A website is not an AI operating system. They are separate things I do, and plenty of people only ever need one of them.

Question 18

Who do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Founders and creators running their own business, teams inside growing companies, and enterprises rolling it out across departments.

The common thread is not size. It is that the work repeats and it is still waiting on one person to sit down and do it.

Question 19

Do you work remotely, or in person?

Accepted Answer

Both. Most engagements run virtually, which keeps the sessions frequent and short rather than rare and long. In person works too, anywhere, with travel billed at cost and agreed up front.

Question 20

How do we start?

Accepted Answer

With a conversation. Send me a message with what you are running, or book the AI OS Audit if you already know you want the roadmap.
