Choosing the right landing page builder decides how many visitors sign up or buy, what you pay each month, and how much you can change on your own. In this guide, I ranked and reviewed the 15 best landing page builders, along with my top 5 picks, so you can pick the one that fits how you sell.
Landing pages and funnels built with AI, with a CRM, email, SMS and payments behind them.
Your own pages, written with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Codex, on Vercel.
AI landing pages with A/B testing and no traffic caps on any plan.
Landing pages and sites that look designed, with AI agents, a CMS and fast hosting.
Unlimited landing pages and forms, free for up to 10,000 subscribers.
I've built landing pages for over a decade, for my courses, my virtual summits and my email list. I built them with Thrive's plugins on WordPress, and with what is now Kit.
Today I build my own with Next.js on Vercel and AI coding tools like Claude Code and Codex. That isn't for everyone, so this guide covers that way and the builders that do it for you.
I went through each one's own pricing and feature pages, and wrote up what it does well, where it falls short, and what it really costs.
In this guide, I'll show you:
- All 15 landing page builders I reviewed, each with who it's for, key features, pros, cons and pricing
- What a landing page builder is, and how it differs from a website builder
- What to look for, and the kinds of builders
- The best free landing page builders
- What I use today
Every price here is from the tool's own pages, read in late September and early October 2026.

1. HighLevel

HighLevel is an all-in-one platform for marketing and selling: websites, funnels and landing pages, plus a CRM, email and SMS, calendars, payments, and courses and communities.
Its AI builds pages too. You describe the page you need, and HighLevel's AI website and funnel builder generates it. Its AI also writes web pages, emails and social posts in your brand voice.
It's the one I'd pick if I weren't building my own. Your pages come with everything behind them: your contacts, the emails and texts that follow up, and your bookings.
Every plan has unlimited contacts and unlimited users, and HighLevel takes no cut of your sales.
What you pay on top is usage: phone numbers, SMS, emails and AI are charged as you use them.
Who is HighLevel for?
HighLevel is for businesses and agencies that want their landing pages, funnels, CRM, email, SMS and bookings in one account, with no cap on contacts.
Key features

- A 14-day free trial, month to month with no long-term contract

- Its plans are built around sub-accounts, the way an agency works
Pricing
HighLevel has three plans, each with a 14-day free trial, from its pricing page as read on October 3, 2026:
- Starter – $97 a month, or $970 a year, with three sub-accounts.

2. Next.js on Vercel

This is how I build my own landing pages, sales pages and checkouts today: in Next.js, hosted on Vercel, and written with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Codex.
Next.js is a free, open-source web framework from Vercel. Vercel puts what you build on its global network, with HTTPS and a preview link for every change.
You don't have to be a developer to start. You describe the page you want, and the AI coding tool writes it, runs it and changes what you point out.
Nothing caps my pages or contacts, and every page looks the way I want. But it takes longer to set up than a builder, so it isn't for everyone.
I'm working on templates of my own, so you can start from what I use.
Who is Next.js on Vercel for?
It's for creators and founders who want their landing pages, sales pages and checkouts to look exactly the way they want, with no builder's limits, and who don't mind learning as they go.
Key features
- Pages built to your own design, with no template or page limits
- AI coding tools that write the code: Claude Code with Claude Pro, and Codex with ChatGPT Plus
- Next.js, free and open source

Pros
- No caps on pages, contacts or design
- The code is yours, and Next.js runs on other hosts too
- Vercel's Hobby plan is free for personal projects
- Any email tool or checkout works with it

What is a landing page builder?
A landing page builder is a tool for making pages with one goal: to get a visitor to sign up, buy or book.
You start from a template, or from a description that AI turns into a page, and change it in a drag-and-drop editor, with no code.
The builder hosts the page, sends your form's signups to your email tool, and shows you how many visitors take action. The better ones let you test two versions against each other.
Landing page builder or website builder?
A landing page has one goal and usually no menu, so nothing pulls the visitor away from the one action.
A website has many pages for many purposes: who you are, what you sell, your blog and how to reach you.
Landing page builders like Leadpages, Unbounce and Instapage are made for the first, with A/B tests and conversion tracking. Website builders like Framer, Webflow and Carrd are made for the second, and build good landing pages too.
What to look for in a landing page builder
Five things decide most of it:
- Where your traffic comes from – paid ads suit a builder with A/B tests and fast pages, like Leadpages, Unbounce or Swipe Pages, and an email list suits Kit.
- A/B testing – it's how you find out which page converts better. Leadpages has it on every plan, Unbounce from Experiment and Swipe Pages from Marketer.
- The limits – visitors on Unbounce, Instapage and Swipe Pages, active pages on Landingi, and sites on Carrd and the WordPress plugins.
- AI – HighLevel, Leadpages, Landingi, Swipe Pages and Framer build a page from a description, and Claude Code or Codex can build one from scratch.
- What's behind the page – a form needs an email tool, and a sale needs a checkout. HighLevel, Systeme.io and ClickFunnels have both built in.
They come in six kinds:
All-in-one platforms
Pages with a CRM, email and a checkout behind them, like HighLevel, Systeme.io and ClickFunnels.
Build your own
Your own pages, written with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Codex, on Vercel.
Landing page builders

Website builders

WordPress plugins
Pages on your own WordPress site, like Elementor and Thrive Architect.

What I use
I build my own landing pages, sales pages and checkouts now, the way I describe in Next.js on Vercel above, and I sell through my own checkout, Creator Store.
If you'd rather not build your own, HighLevel is the one I'd pick. And I'm working on templates of my own, so you can start from what I use.
