Our refund policy for Navid.me digital products and services.
Every product and service sold by NM Media LLC ("the Company") on Navid.me and its related websites has its own terms, shown on its checkout page before you pay. Those terms apply to your purchase. This page sets out the general policy that applies wherever a product's own terms say nothing different.
Digital products
Digital products, including online courses, workshops, templates, guides and downloads, give you instant access to the full content. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, unless the product's checkout page states a different guarantee.
The same applies to coaching and 1-on-1 sessions: once your spot is booked, the sale is final.
Virtual events
Free virtual events, such as the AI Creator Summit, cost nothing to join. Paid tickets and upgrades are digital products and are non-refundable, unless their checkout page states otherwise.
If the Company cancels a paid event, every ticket holder receives a full refund automatically.
Subscription services
You can cancel a subscription at any time. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for a billing period that has already started.
Exceptions
We may make an exception when:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase
- A technical problem on our side kept you from accessing a product and we could not fix it
- The law in your country gives you a refund right that cannot be waived
Any exception is at the Company's discretion and is reviewed case by case.
