What is a podcast rank checker?
A podcast rank checker looks a show up on the podcast charts and tells you where it ranks.
The platforms only show one chart at a time, so finding a show on 744 charts by hand would take hours. This one checks them all in a second.
What it checks
Every chart Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube publish, read once a day:

That's 744 charts: 546 on Apple, 197 on Spotify and 1 on YouTube.
One show on three platforms
Paste one link and the checker finds the same show on the other two platforms too.
Apple, Spotify and YouTube share no show ID, so it matches by name. The Diary Of A CEO with Steven Bartlett on Apple is The Diary Of A CEO on YouTube, for example.
Check the matched shows are the one you mean.
An RSS feed works too: the checker reads the show's name from the feed.
How to read the results
For each chart the show is on, you get:
- Today's place – where it ranks on the latest chart.
- Its best place – the highest it has reached on that chart since the charts were first kept here.
- Days on the chart – how many days it has been on it, or weeks on YouTube's.
The stat cards sum it up: how many charts the show is on today, its best place today, and in how many countries.
The Daily, for example, was on 71 charts on September 27, 2026, and #1 on Apple Podcasts' US chart.
Not on any chart?
Most shows aren't, and that's normal. Apple ranks 200 shows a chart, Spotify 50 to 200, and YouTube 100 in the US.
Each platform counts something different, so here's what to ask your listeners for:
- Apple Podcasts – a follow, and listening to the end. Apple says ratings and reviews don't count.
- Spotify – listening every week: its Top Podcasts chart counts weekly unique audience.
- YouTube – watch time on full episodes, in a playlist set as a podcast.
A genre chart is the easiest first ranking. And a show in a smaller country's genre chart is still ranked.
