Tell it what you sell and get a money model: an attraction offer, an upsell, a downsell and continuity, in the order they happen, built with the method from Alex Hormozi's $100M Money Models.

Start from what you sell today. Get 4 offers in order, with prices, where each appears, and a plan to set it up.

Add what you sell first. Every offer is built around it.

What you type is kept in this browser. It goes to the page's AI only when you press Build or a remix, and this site doesn't keep it. Not affiliated with Alex Hormozi or Acquisition.com.

This free money model generator designs the order of offers that makes each new customer pay you back fast, with the method from Alex Hormozi's $100M Money Models.

You tell it what you sell. You get 4 offers in the order they happen: an attraction offer, an upsell, a downsell and continuity, each with a price, where it appears, and a plan to set it up.

Here's what a money model is, how this generator builds one, and how to know yours pays.

What is a money model generator?

A money model generator is a tool that turns what you sell into a planned sequence of offers, so a new customer brings in more cash, sooner.

This one follows the method in Alex Hormozi's book $100M Money Models, then checks the result and does the math in code. It's free, with no login, and it isn't affiliated with Alex Hormozi or Acquisition.com.

What is a money model?

A money model is Alex Hormozi's name for the deliberate order of offers a business makes: what it offers, when, and how.

The goal: make enough gross profit from a new customer, in the first 30 days, to pay for getting and serving them, and ideally for getting 2 more. He teaches it in the book and in free trainings on acquisition.com.

The 4 kinds of offers

Every money model uses 4 kinds of offer, each with its own job:

Attraction
Its job
Turn strangers into customers and bring cash in early
The kinds in the book
Win your money back, giveaway, decoy, buy X get Y free, pay less now or more later
Upsell
Its job
Sell the next thing the moment they need it
The kinds in the book
Classic, menu, anchor, rollover
Downsell
Its job
Win back the people who said no
The kinds in the book
Payment plan, trial with penalty, feature downsell
Continuity
Its job
Keep them paying on a schedule
The kinds in the book
Continuity bonus, continuity discount, waived fee

The order matters. Continuity brings in the least cash up front, so it comes last, after the offers that pay you back:

@AlexHormozi

The only thing better than getting someone to buy once, is getting them to buy again.

The 30-day test

Most businesses spend money to get a customer and wait months to earn it back. Hormozi flips that:

@AlexHormozi

I like to cover my costs of getting a customer within 30 days.

His reason: most businesses can get about a month of interest-free money on a credit card. If a customer pays back what they cost inside that month, the same money can get the next customer.

At the book's launch he put the bar as a formula: 30-day gross profit greater than 2 × (the cost to get a customer + the cost of goods sold). The Cash check does this math in your browser, from your prices, your margin and the share who take each offer:

30-day gross profit coversWhat it means
Less than 1 customerThey bring in less than they cost to get and serve
1 customerThey pay for themselves
2 customers or moreEach one pays for 2 more: Hormozi's bar

It also shows the most you can pay to get a customer, and a lead, and still reach the bar. The LTV to CAC calculator and the CAC payback calculator run the same math over a customer's life.

Build on what you already sell

A money model rarely needs new products. More ways to sell what you have usually beat more things to sell:

@AlexHormozi

It’s less about having 100 products to offer, and more about having 100 ways to offer your product.

That's why the generator asks what else you sell. 1-on-1 time, a bigger package, a done-for-you version or a monthly plan can all come from the same product, and someone else's product, sold for a commission, can fill a gap.

How to know your model is good

No tool can tell you a model will sell before customers see it. What this one does is check, in code, that nothing is missing or made up:

  • All 4 kinds of offer are there, with attraction first and continuity last.
  • Every offer has a name, a price, a place it appears and what comes next.
  • The downsell changes how they pay or what they get, never the same thing for less.
  • Continuity bills on a schedule.
  • Every take rate is yours. The page never guesses how many will buy.
  • No dash or hype word gives it away as AI.

Then the real test: set it up 1 offer at a time, and count how many take each one.

A money model lives in your checkout, your delivery and your billing. My guide to a recurring revenue business shows how continuity adds up, and how to create a membership site covers the most common continuity offer. Selling live? How to monetize virtual events covers upsells made on stage.

The money model generator builds both.

No, the money model generator never guesses how many people will buy.

Take rates, results and testimonials come from you, or become slots in square brackets, and a check flags any rate that isn't yours.

The grand slam offer generator builds the core offer, and the LTV to CAC calculator and CAC payback calculator check the numbers.
