What is the value equation?
The value equation is Alex Hormozi's formula for what makes an offer worth buying, from his book $100M Offers: value = (dream outcome × perceived likelihood of achievement) ÷ (time delay × effort and sacrifice).
The top is what makes an offer worth more. The bottom is what makes it worth less.

How the score works
Each part gets a score from 1 to 10, where 10 is always best. Time delay and effort are turned around, so a fast, easy offer scores high on Speed and Ease.
The value is (dream outcome × likelihood) ÷ ((11 − speed) × (11 − ease)), shown on a 0 to 100 scale. The weights are ours, set so each answer moves the part it belongs to. It's a structured read of your offer, not a sales forecast.
