This free grand slam offer generator builds your offer with the method from Alex Hormozi's $100M Offers.
You answer a few questions. You get a complete offer: the core parts, bonuses, a guarantee, urgency, scarcity and a name, each tied to a real objection your buyers have.
Here's what a grand slam offer is, how this generator builds one, and how to know yours is good.
What is a grand slam offer generator?
A grand slam offer generator is a tool that turns what you sell into an offer buyers find hard to compare and easy to say yes to.
This one follows the steps in Alex Hormozi's book $100M Offers, then checks the result in code. It's free, with no login, and it isn't affiliated with Alex Hormozi or Acquisition.com.
What is a grand slam offer?
A grand slam offer is Alex Hormozi's name for an offer so full of value, and so specific to one buyer, that saying no feels like a mistake.
He teaches it in his book and in a free course on acquisition.com. The idea: stop competing on price, and make the offer itself worth far more than it costs.

How to use the grand slam offer generator

Pick a hungry market first
The best offer can't save a market that doesn't want it. Hormozi puts the market first, the offer second and the pitch third:
My single point here is that you can't be in a “bad” market, or nothing will work.
That's why the value check asks 4 questions about your market: they feel the pain now, they can pay, you can reach them, and the market is growing.
The value equation, in 4 parts
Hormozi's value equation: value = (dream outcome × perceived likelihood) ÷ (time delay × effort and sacrifice). Each part answers a question your buyer is asking:
- The buyer asks
- Is it worth it?
- What raises it
- A result they want, with a number and a time frame
- The buyer asks
- Will it work for me?
- What raises it
- Proof, and a guarantee
- The buyer asks
- How long until I see it?
- What raises it
- A first win in days, not months
- The buyer asks
- How hard is it?
- What raises it
- Doing more of the work for them
The value check scores each part from 1 to 10 and names the weakest. The value equation calculator is that step on its own.
How the offer gets built
It starts where your buyer wants to end up, not with what you deliver:
I wasn’t selling the plane flight. I was selling the vacation.
From there, the generator works in the book's order:
- The dream outcome: where your buyer ends up, not the vehicle that takes them there.
- Every obstacle: what could stop them before, during and after buying, each as a doubt about value, likelihood, time or effort.
- A solution for each obstacle.
- How each solution is delivered: one-to-one, in a group or recorded, and how much you do for them.
- Trim and stack: cut what costs you a lot and adds little, and keep what adds a lot.
- The enhancers: bonuses, a guarantee, urgency, scarcity and a name.
Every part of the finished offer says which objection it answers, so nothing is there to pad the stack.
Bonuses, guarantees, urgency and scarcity that are real
Urgency uses the deadline you pick, and scarcity stays within the buyers you can serve. A bonus earns its place by answering an objection.
The book names 4 kinds of guarantee:
- What it says
- Money back, no questions, for a set time
- Use it when
- Delivery costs you little
- What it says
- Do the work and miss the result by a date, and you get a refund or more help
- Use it when
- You know the actions that get results
- What it says
- All sales final, and here's why
- Use it when
- What you give can't be taken back
- What it says
- You pay only when it works
- Use it when
- The result can be measured
Each guarantee comes as an if-then: a condition, a result, a time and what you'll do.
How to know your offer is good
No tool can tell you an offer will sell before buyers see it. What this one does is check, in code, that nothing is missing or made up:
- Every objection is answered by a part, a bonus or the guarantee.
- The guarantee has a condition, a time and an action.
- The limit fits the buyers you can serve, and the deadline is a real date.
- Every result or number is yours. Anything else is a slot like [your best result].
- A first win lands in the first 7 days.
- The delivery fits your hours, and no dash or hype word gives it away as AI.
A check that fails comes with a Fix it button. Then the real test is putting the offer in front of buyers.
Turn the offer into a product
An offer needs a home. If it's a course, my guide to how to create an online course walks through the build. A community or a monthly program fits a membership site, and a recurring revenue business shows how monthly offers add up.
Selling it live? How to monetize virtual events covers offers made on stage, where urgency and scarcity are real by design.
Then pick the tool that sells and delivers it:
- What it does
- Checkout pages for digital products, with upsells
- Best for
- Selling the offer with an upsell or an order bump
- What it does
- Build and sell online courses and communities, with payments built in
- Best for
- A course or a community
- What it does
- An all-in-one sales and marketing platform agencies can white-label
- Best for
- Agencies and done-for-you services
