Find what your audience is stuck on, from what they really wrote: reviews, DMs, Reddit, YouTube comments. Every pain comes with their own words, how many said it, and content to make from it.

Every kind of pain in their words: problems, what they've tried, what they believe, fear and want, on 1 map.

Add the niche or who they are first. It tells the AI what to look for.

What you paste is kept in this browser. Reddit, YouTube and Hacker News are read from their public pages, and nothing read is kept here. Your lines go to the page's AI only when you press its button. Quotes are always their real words, never the AI's.

This free pain point analyzer finds what your audience is stuck on, from what they really wrote: reviews, DMs, survey answers, Reddit threads and YouTube comments.

Every pain it finds comes with their own words, how many of them said it, and a hook, a content idea, a lead magnet and an offer angle to use it.

Here's what a pain point analysis is, how this analyzer does it, and why every quote on the page is real.

What is a pain point analyzer?

A pain point analyzer is a tool that reads what an audience wrote and groups it into the problems, failed attempts, beliefs, fears and wants behind it.

Most pain point tools ask an AI to imagine your audience. This one reads their real words first, then checks every quote against them in code. It's free, with no login.

Why every quote is real

An AI asked for "customer quotes" will write believable ones. That's the problem: they sound right and nobody said them.

This analyzer never lets the AI write a quote. The AI only points at numbered lines, like line 12 and line 40, and the page shows those lines word for word, with who wrote them and where. A line number that doesn't exist is caught and flagged.

The counts are the page's too. How many lines say a pain, how many people, from how many places: counted in code, never guessed.

Where to find your audience's words

The best words aren't in your head. They're where your audience talks when you're not there:

  • Reddit: the analyzer searches posts, then reads the comments of the busiest threads, with their upvotes.
  • YouTube comments: under the popular videos in your niche, people say what they're stuck on in public.
  • Your inbox: replies, DMs and support emails. Paste them in.
  • Surveys and calls: 5 open questions beat 20 multiple choice ones. The analyzer writes them for you.
  • Hacker News: for tech and software audiences.

How to read the pain map

The map puts every pain in 1 picture:

Where it sitsWhat it means
Top rightMany said it, strongly: start here
Top leftFew said it, but it hurts: a niche offer
Bottom rightCommon, but calm: good for content
Bottom leftWatch it

How strongly comes from the words they used, like desperate, every day or gave up, and how many upvotes or likes their lines got. The page says how it's worked out, so you can judge it.

How to know your analysis is good

  • Every pain comes from their lines, or is marked as a guess.
  • Every quote is their real words, word for word.
  • Every count is the page's, never the AI's.
  • No diagnoses, no shaming words.
  • No made-up rates or results.

Then the real test: put 1 pain in a hook, and see if they reply "this is exactly me".
