You can keep a campaign's funnel, its page screenshots and the social posts that send people to it on the same board. When you're ready to explain it, add presentation frames and move through the plan one section at a time.
There's no account to create. Your boards save in this browser, and you can download an editable project to keep a copy or move it to another device.

Below, I'll show you how to build a useful board, what each export keeps, and how this compares with Miro, FigJam and dedicated funnel tools.
What is an online whiteboard?
An online whiteboard is a canvas you work on in your browser. You can place text, shapes, images and notes anywhere, then connect them with arrows. It gives you room to show how the pieces of an idea fit together.
A document is useful when the order is already clear. A whiteboard helps when you're still deciding that order: which page comes next, where an email belongs, or which parts of a project depend on each other.
This one adds funnel blocks, social cards, media and presentation frames to the drawing tools. You can sketch a rough plan first and add the references and detail as it takes shape.
Who is the online whiteboard for?
It's for creators, founders, educators and teams who want to keep a plan and its supporting material in one place. You can map a launch, sketch a process, collect references or walk someone through an idea.
Use it when the work needs more room than a single diagram: the funnel, its page screenshots, the email copy and the next steps can sit on the same canvas. For live editing together, use a tool with multiplayer support.
How to use the whiteboard
Start with one thing you want to explain. A smaller board is easier to work with than a canvas holding every idea at once.
On a phone, the drawing tools are in the Draw menu. Insert adds things to the canvas, and Board holds backgrounds, starter boards, music, your saved boards and exports.
Full screen gives the editor the whole window, including the space normally used by the site navigation. Your board stays open when you leave full screen.
What can you make with it?
Use the canvas for something you need to see together. These are useful places to start:

Keep one main path through a board. Put supporting references beside it, so someone can understand the sequence before reading every note.
How to map a funnel
A funnel map shows the journey you want someone to take: where they find you, what they see, what they do next and what happens after they act.
For a lead magnet, that might be a social post, an opt-in page, a download and a welcome email. For a product, it might be an ad, a product page, checkout and an order confirmation.
Open Insert → Funnel blocks to choose from visual page, email, traffic and decision blocks. Their shapes and labels are editable, so you can change a step without rebuilding the whole diagram.

Start with the main journey from left to right. Add the follow-up route underneath, such as the email someone receives when they leave checkout. Label branches with words such as Bought and Not yet, so the arrows carry meaning.
A screenshot makes a page easier to recognize. Add your own capture where you have one; use the editable page illustration while you're still planning the page.
The numbers on a planning board are notes you supply. This tool doesn't connect to your website analytics or calculate funnel profitability. The comparison below explains where GERU and Funnelytics fit if you need those capabilities.
Add social posts and profile details
Open Insert → Cards & slides and choose a card layout. You can type the content yourself, or paste a public post link to read the available text and author details.
The reader can fill in the name, handle, avatar, verification and engagement fields when the source provides them. Check those details before adding the card: different platforms expose different information, and missing numbers stay empty.

For a thread or a sequence, paste up to 12 post links together. Review the imported cards, then add them as a group. A single link reads that post; it doesn't necessarily find every reply in the thread.
Choose Profile when you want to start with a person's details instead. A supported username or profile link can fill the identity fields, and you write the card's text yourself.
You can change the avatar, badge, colors and size before adding a card. Select an existing card and use Edit selected card to return to its content. The project keeps that content for later edits.

Bring in screenshots, photos, videos and logos
References are most useful beside the part of the plan they explain. Put the landing-page screenshot beside its funnel step, the ad creative beside its traffic source, and the supporting quote beside the slide that uses it.
Photos & videos opens the same media library used in the other tools. Search its connected providers or upload your own files. You can place an image on the board or use media as a background.
Website captures a public page as an image when the screenshot service is available. Choose the full page or its top view, set a desktop or phone width, then keep the whole capture or choose a section. The image keeps the page's domain and favicon when available. If a site blocks capture, upload your own screenshot instead.
Icons & logos includes the tool catalog, company logos, regular platform marks, the nav-style symbols and hand-drawn illustrations. Search for a mark, choose its style and place it beside the relevant part of your plan. You can upload your own logo too.
Imported screenshots stay images. You can move, resize and annotate them, but their page text doesn't become editable whiteboard text.
Choose a background that suits the work
Open Board → Background & brand for light and dark backgrounds, paper, gradients and other looks. Choose None, Subtle dots or Fine lines for the workspace. These guides stay out of exports. Snap to objects helps shapes line up with one another.
A plain background works well for a dense funnel. Paper and hand-drawn elements suit an early sketch. A darker presentation background can help photos and slides stand out.
Use the color picker when you need your own palette. Keep labels readable against the actual canvas color, and use accent colors for the parts someone should notice first.
The editor's light or dark mode controls the interface. Your canvas also has its own background choices, so you can work on a light slide inside a dark editor.
Turn your board into a presentation
Add presentation frames around the parts of the board you want to explain. A frame gives each section a defined view while the larger board keeps the relationship between them.
For a 16:9 slide, choose Presentation slide in Cards & slides. Start with a title, chevron bullets, checkmarks, stat cards, a quote or another available layout, then edit the words and appearance.
Press Present to enter full screen and move between frames. Use the overview when you need to show how the sections connect, then return to the next frame for detail.
Motion can reveal a sequence or draw attention to a point. The card editor includes text animation and a verified-badge shimmer, and Motion & widgets includes the animated terminal. Keep each slide understandable when the animation stops.
Music & calm lets you play a soundtrack while you work or present. You can also use the ambient sounds for a work session. Check the soundtrack and volume before presenting to someone else.
Which export should you use?
Choose the format for what happens next. A project is for continuing the work; an image or document is for showing it elsewhere.

For image exports, choose a size preset or enter your own width and height. The board is fitted without stretching. Use the transparent-background option when the chosen format supports it.
You can take an SVG into Figma, use a PNG as a reference in Miro or Canva, or take the PowerPoint export into Google Slides. These are file handoffs, so keep the original project if you want to keep editing the board's cards, media and other NM features.

Use this board when you want to assemble and explain a plan with your references in view. It doesn't currently offer live multi-user editing, cloud board links or connected funnel analytics.
The linked product pages describe their current capabilities. Exporting a drawing to another app won't recreate that app's native board features or add its collaboration tools here.
Use AI to help draw a plan
Open Board → Use with AI, describe the drawing and choose a visual style. The brief includes the drawing skill's instructions for layout, labels, spacing and connectors.
Use the brief in your own AI account, then import its drawing file. It opens as a new board with editable shapes and text, so you can check the result and move things around.
Give the AI a specific job. “Map my lead magnet funnel from a LinkedIn post through the welcome email, with a branch for people who don't opt in” gives it more to work with than “make a beautiful funnel.”
The AI brief doesn't automatically send your board or media anywhere. You choose what to share, and your AI provider's own plan and limits apply.
Save a board you can return to
Boards save automatically in the browser and device you're using. Open Board → My boards to return to them.
Download a .whiteboard project before moving devices or clearing browser data. Browser storage is convenient while you work, but a downloaded copy is what lets you keep the board independently of that browser.
For a large project, save a copy at useful milestones: the first map, the version you reviewed and the version you presented. Use names that tell you which is which.

Yes. In Insert → Cards & slides, paste a public post link to read the available content, profile details and stats. Paste up to 12 individual post links to bring in a sequence. One link doesn’t guarantee that every post in a thread will be found. You can edit or add missing information before placing the cards.
When the screenshot service is available, choose Full page or Top / hero view in the Website panel. You can capture desktop or phone dimensions, choose a section and add the real screenshot to your board. Some sites block capture. Uploading your own screenshot remains available, and captures stay images you can resize and annotate.
Use SVG or an image for a design or whiteboard tool, or export presentation frames as PowerPoint for a slide workflow. Each PowerPoint slide contains an image of its frame. These file handoffs don’t recreate another app’s native board structure. Keep the .whiteboard project for continued editing here.
The export panel includes PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG, PDF, PowerPoint, HTML, the .whiteboard project and a standard .excalidraw file. Image exports have size presets and custom dimensions, from 64 to 8192 pixels per side within a total limit of 32 million pixels.
Use HTML for supported motion, videos and the board’s soundtrack. Static image and document exports show still content. HTML export includes media it can download; if a host blocks a media download, upload that file locally and export again.
