Tell it what you sell and how much time you have. Get a daily plan for more leads: which of the Core Four to start with, the Rule of 100, the words to use and your first 7 days, with the method from Alex Hormozi's $100M Leads.

Start from what you sell. Get 1 or 2 channels to start with, the daily action for each, the words to use, and your first 7 days.

Add what you sell to build the plan.

What you type is kept in this browser. It goes to the page's AI (Gemini 3.8 Flash, on paid terms that don't let Google train on it) only when you press Build or a change, and this site doesn't keep it. Not affiliated with Alex Hormozi or Acquisition.com.

This free lead generation plan generator turns what you sell into a daily plan for more leads, with the method from Alex Hormozi's $100M Leads.

You tell it what you sell and how much time you have. It picks 1 or 2 of the Core Four to start with, then writes the daily action, the words to use, how to capture and follow up, and your first 7 days. Then it turns the plan into a page you can keep open all week.

Here's how the plan is built, why it starts where it does, and how to know yours is ready to run.

What is a lead generation plan?

A lead generation plan is what you do every day to get people interested in what you sell: which channels, how many times, with which words, and what happens next.

This one follows the method in Alex Hormozi's book $100M Leads, in our own words. The plan generator is free, with no login, and it isn't affiliated with Alex Hormozi or Acquisition.com.

The Core Four

There are only 4 ways to let people know about what you sell. You reach people who know you or strangers, one at a time or many at once:

Warm outreach
Who you reach
People who know you, one at a time
Its job
Speed: the cheapest, fastest start
Posting content
Who you reach
Your audience, all at once
Its job
It compounds and grows your warm list
Cold outreach
Who you reach
Strangers, one at a time
Its job
Volume with skill
Paid ads
Who you reach
Strangers, all at once
Its job
Scale with money

When leads are short, the fix is almost always one of 2 things:

@AlexHormozi

So if you aren’t getting as many leads as you want, you’re not doing the core four with enough skill or with enough volume.

Why it picks your channels in code

Most plans try every channel at once, then do each one halfway. The generator starts you with 1 or 2, picked in code from your numbers, in the order the book gives:

  • Warm outreach first, when you know 50 people or more: it costs nothing, and it's where you learn to talk about your offer.
  • Content alongside it, since it grows the list warm outreach works from.
  • Cold outreach when your warm list is small.
  • Paid ads last, and only with paying customers and a budget: ads cost money before they return it.
  • 1 channel under 4 hours a day. The book puts warm outreach at about 4 hours a day when you're starting out.

The AI writes the plan for those channels. It never chooses them, so the same numbers always get the same start.

The Rule of 100

Every channel in the plan carries the book's daily number: 100 primary actions a day, for 100 days.

ChannelEvery day
Warm or cold outreach100 reach outs
Content or paid ads100 minutes making it

Once that's a habit, the book's next level is open to goal: pick a result a day, like 5 calls booked, and work until you hit it. The Rule of 100 tracker counts both, in your browser.

Your offer, or a lead magnet first

Some buyers are ready for your offer. Others want to know more before they pay, which is common with pricier offers. For them, lead with a lead magnet: a complete solution to a narrow problem that reveals the next problem your offer solves.

The plan names its kind and its form:

Reveals a problem
What it does
Shows a problem they didn't know they had
Example
A 10-minute audit or quiz
A sample or trial
What it does
Lets them try the offer, limited
Example
The first week free
1 step of the process
What it does
Solves 1 step of many, free
Example
A template for the first step

Each comes as software, information, a service or a physical product. The lead magnet generator makes the lead magnet itself. A virtual summit is a big lead magnet too, and my guide to hosting a virtual summit shows how one works.

Audit how you get leads now

The audit tab starts from what you do today. Describe where leads come from and what happens after someone shows interest. You get:

  • What works now, kept in your words.
  • Where leads leak: too few, the wrong ones, too costly, or lost in follow-up.
  • The 1 fix to make first.
  • A fixed plan that keeps what works.

The book's order for improving any channel: more of what works, then better, then new.

Turn the plan into a page

Your page draws the plan as 1 page, with the same styles as the lead magnet generator: 8 color themes, light and dark mode, a checkbox for each of your first 7 days and a copy button on every script. Download it as an HTML file or open it in a new tab.

Which AI writes the plan, and why

Gemini 3.8 Flash, Google's model, writes the plan.

I ran the same lead plans through 3 models and read every answer. Gemini wrote the most specific plans for the price: a real lead magnet, channels that feed each other, and a first warm message that doesn't pitch.

It runs on paid terms, so Google doesn't use what you type to improve its models, and this site doesn't keep it.

The page writes a set number of plans with Gemini each day. After that, gpt-oss-120b, an open model, writes them, so the page keeps working and the cost can't run away. The channel pick, the checks and the page are code, so they're the same with either model.

How to know your plan is ready

No tool can promise leads before you do the work. What this one does is check the plan in code:

  • 1 or 2 channels, the ones picked from your numbers.
  • Every channel has its daily action, script, call to action, capture and follow-up.
  • Every daily action follows the Rule of 100.
  • A lead magnet, if there is one, has a kind, a form, a name and a promise.
  • 7 first actions, 1 a day.
  • No reply rate, conversion rate or cost per lead it made up. Those come from your own tracking.
  • No dash or hype word gives it away as AI.

Then the real test: 100 a day, and count what comes back.

Tools to capture and follow up

Every lead needs a place to land and a follow-up. My guides to reaching out to influencers and building relationships with them cover outreach that gets replies. I build my own opt-in forms and popups. If you'd rather not, Tally, ConvertBox and OptinMonster are good options.

FAQs about the lead generation plan generator

Questions about the lead generation plan generator? Here's what to know.

A lead generation plan generator is a tool that turns what you sell, and the time you have, into a daily plan for more leads.

This one follows the method in Alex Hormozi's $100M Leads, picks your first channels in code and checks the plan.

A lead generation plan is what you do every day to get people interested in what you sell: which channels, how many times, with which words, and what happens next.

A good one fits on 1 page.

The Core Four are the only 4 ways to let people know about what you sell: warm outreach, posting content, cold outreach and paid ads.

They reach people who know you or strangers, one at a time or many at once.

The Rule of 100 is Hormozi's daily commitment: 100 primary actions a day for 100 days.

That's 100 reach outs a day for outreach, or 100 minutes a day making content or ads.

The Rule of 100 tracker counts it for you.

Most businesses should start with warm outreach, to people who already know them, and add content alongside it.

The lead generation plan generator picks from your hours, your contacts, your audience and your ad budget, and keeps paid ads for when you have paying customers.

Advertise your offer directly first; for many businesses that's enough.

Lead with a lead magnet when buyers want to know more before they pay, which is common with pricier offers.

The lead magnet generator makes one.

Yes, the lead generation plan generator follows the method in Alex Hormozi's book $100M Leads, written in our own words.

It isn't affiliated with Alex Hormozi or Acquisition.com.

No, the lead generation plan generator isn't made by Alex Hormozi or Acquisition.com.

It's a free tool by Navid Moazzez that follows the method in Hormozi's book.

No, the plan never guesses how many people will reply or buy.

The only guide it names is the book's rough one for warm outreach: of 100 reach outs, about 20 reply, about 4 take a free offer and about 1 buys.

A check flags any rate that isn't yours.

Yes, the lead generation plan generator opens the same job in your own ChatGPT, Claude or other AI with your answers filled in.

It runs in your account, so it's free, and you can paste the reply back to check it.

Gemini 3.8 Flash, Google's model, writes it.

It wrote the most specific plans of the 3 models I tested on the same jobs, for the price.

After the day's set number of Gemini plans, gpt-oss-120b, an open model, writes them instead.

No, the page's AI runs on paid terms, which don't let Google use what you type to improve its models.

This site doesn't keep it either: your answers stay in your browser.

Yes, the lead generation plan generator is free, with no login.

Every plan costs the site a little to write, so the page builds 3 plans and 6 changes a day for each person.

Your own AI has no limit.

Your answers and your plans are kept in your own browser.

The lead generation plan generator sends them to the page's AI only when you press Build or a change, and this site doesn't keep them.

The warm outreach script generator writes the messages, the Rule of 100 tracker counts the daily work, and the lead generation plan template is the same plan as a form.
