A Rule of 100 tracker that counts your daily reach outs or minutes, keeps your streak and shows all 100 days, in your browser.
5.0(1 rating)This free Rule of 100 tracker counts the daily work from Alex Hormozi's $100M Leads: 100 reach outs, or 100 minutes making content or ads, every day for 100 days.
Tap to count, run a timer for your minutes, and watch your streak and all 100 days on a calendar. Or switch to open to goal, where the day is done when the results come in.
Here's what the Rule of 100 is, how to count it, and when to move to open to goal.
What is the Rule of 100?
The Rule of 100 is Hormozi's daily commitment for getting leads: 100 primary actions every day, for 100 days.
| Channel | Every day |
|---|---|
| Warm outreach | 100 reach outs |
| Cold outreach | 100 reach outs |
| Posting content | 100 minutes making it |
| Paid ads | 100 minutes making them |
The point is volume. Most people do a fraction of what works: 100 a day, not 100 in all. And the first days teach the most:
You’ll learn more in the first ten days of doing 100 reach outs than you did from everything you’ve ever read or watched.
The tracker is free, with no login, and it isn't affiliated with Alex Hormozi or Acquisition.com.

How to use the Rule of 100 tracker
Everything stays in this browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Open to goal
Open to goal is the book's next level. Instead of a number of actions, you commit to a number of results a day, like 5 calls booked, and keep working until you hit it, however long it takes.
Switch the mode in Set up. The day then counts as done when your results reach the goal.
What to count
The daily actions are the input. Results are what they bring:
- Warm and cold outreach: reach outs sent, then replies and engaged leads.
- Content: minutes making it, then new followers and leads.
- Paid ads: minutes making them, then leads and their cost.
Counting both shows you, after a few weeks, how many reach outs it takes to get 1 lead. That's your own number, not a guess.
Your streak and your 100 days
The streak counts the days in a row you hit your target. Today doesn't break it while it's still in progress.
The calendar shows all 100 days from your day 1: blue for a day done, light blue for a day started. Download the CSV to keep it in a spreadsheet.
Start with a plan
The lead generation plan generator picks your channels from the time you have, and the tracker reads them from your browser. The warm outreach script generator writes the messages to send.
Tools to capture and follow up
The tracker counts the work. These capture the leads it brings. I build my own opt-in forms and popups. If you'd rather not, Tally, ConvertBox and OptinMonster are good options.
