An outreach script generator for people who know you and for strangers: short, personal messages with 1 question, and follow-ups, checked in code.
5.0(1 rating)Write messages that start real conversations, with people who know you or with strangers: a first message, 2 follow-ups, a reply and the ask, with the method from Alex Hormozi's $100M Leads.
People who know you: friends, past clients, contacts, followers. Open with something real about them, no pitch, and ask only after a real conversation.
What you type is kept in this browser. It goes to the page's AI (Gemini 3.8 Flash, on paid terms that don't let Google train on it) only when you press Write, and this site doesn't keep it. Not affiliated with Alex Hormozi or Acquisition.com.
This free warm outreach script generator writes the messages that start real conversations, with the method from Alex Hormozi's $100M Leads.
Tell it how you know someone and something real about them. You get a first message, 2 follow-ups, a reply for when they answer, and the ask, sized for a text, a DM, an email, LinkedIn or a call. It writes cold outreach and answers to real replies too.
Here's how warm outreach works, what each message does, and how the checks keep them human.
What is warm outreach?
Warm outreach is reaching out, one person at a time, to people who already know you: friends, past clients, old colleagues, followers.
It's the cheapest, fastest way to get your first leads, and the one most businesses skip. You have a warm list even if you think you don't:
Everybody knows somebody. So your personal contacts are the easiest place to start.
The generator is free, with no login, and it follows the method in Alex Hormozi's book $100M Leads, in our own words. It isn't affiliated with Alex Hormozi or Acquisition.com.

How to use the warm outreach script generator
The 4 messages
| Message | Its job |
|---|---|
| First message | Opens a conversation with something real about them. 1 question at most, no pitch. |
| Follow-ups | Up to 2 more, once a day, until they reply. Short and friendly. |
| When they reply | Acknowledge what they said, compliment them, ask 1 more question. |
| The ask | After 3 or 4 exchanges: do they know anyone who wants the result? |
The ask is the book's: you're taking a few free spots, for case studies, in return for feedback and a review if it helps. Most who say yes want it themselves, and you never asked them to buy.
Acknowledge, compliment, ask
When someone replies, the goal is to keep them talking. The book's pattern has 3 parts:
- Acknowledge: say back what they said, in your words, so they know you heard it.
- Compliment: something good about them, tied to what they said.
- Ask: 1 question that keeps the conversation going, toward your topic.
The They replied tab writes it from their real message. Paste it, and get 2 options back.
Cold outreach
The cold tab writes to strangers. It works differently: personalize the first line with what a friend would know, give something of value up front, and follow up.
Cold outreach is a numbers game. The more people you reach out to the more engaged leads you get.
It builds on warm outreach skills, so the book suggests starting warm. My guide to reaching out to influencers covers cold messages that get answered.
How the checks keep it human
Every message is checked in code before you send it:
- The first message asks 1 question at most.
- It doesn't pitch: no price, no link.
- Every message fits the channel. Our limits: 320 characters for a text, 500 for a DM, 600 for LinkedIn, 900 for an email.
- 2 follow-ups, for the people who don't reply the first time.
- No result or rate you didn't give.
- No dash or hype word gives it away as AI.
Anything only you know, like their first name, stays in brackets for you to fill in.
Which AI writes the messages, and why
Gemini 3.8 Flash, Google's model, writes them. In my tests it wrote the most natural messages for the price, and it kept the first message free of any pitch.
It runs on paid terms, so Google doesn't use what you type to improve its models, and this site doesn't keep it. After the day's set number of Gemini answers, gpt-oss-120b, an open model, writes them instead. The checks are code, so they're the same either way.
How many to send
The book's number is 100 reach outs a day. Its rough guide: of 100 warm reach outs, about 20 reply, about 4 take a free offer, and about 1 buys. Yours will differ with your offer and how well people know you, so count them in the Rule of 100 tracker.
The lead generation plan generator puts the messages inside a daily plan, and my guide to building relationships with influencers covers keeping the conversation going after the first reply.
Tools to send and follow up
Every reply needs a place to land and a follow-up. I build my own opt-in forms and popups. If you'd rather not, Tally, ConvertBox and OptinMonster are good options.
