This free lead generation plan template is a 1-page plan you fill in right on the page, built on the method from Alex Hormozi's $100M Leads.
It asks for the parts a lead plan needs: who counts as a lead, your weekly goal, 1 or 2 channels with the daily action and the words to use, and your first 7 days. It checks the plan as you type, then turns it into a page or a file.
Here's what goes in each part, and how to fill it in.
What is a lead generation plan template?
A lead generation plan template is a fill-in plan for getting leads: the channels you'll work, what you do every day, and how you'll count it.
This one is free, with no login, and it follows the method in Alex Hormozi's book $100M Leads, in our own words. It isn't affiliated with Alex Hormozi or Acquisition.com.

How to fill in the template
Your plan stays in this browser, so you can come back to it.
Pick 1 or 2 channels
The Core Four are warm outreach, posting content, cold outreach and paid ads. Start with 1 or 2 and do them every day. When leads are short, it's rarely the channel:
So if you aren’t getting as many leads as you want, you’re not doing the core four with enough skill or with enough volume.
Warm outreach, to people who already know you, is the fastest start for most businesses, and content alongside it grows your warm list. Paid ads come last, once an offer has sold.
The daily action: the Rule of 100
Each channel's daily action carries the book's number, and the template checks for it:
| Channel | Every day |
|---|---|
| Warm or cold outreach | 100 reach outs |
| Content or paid ads | 100 minutes making it |
Do it for 100 days. The Rule of 100 tracker counts it, and reads your plan's channels.
What the checks look for
- 1 or 2 channels.
- Every channel has its daily action, script, call to action, capture and follow-up.
- Every daily action follows the Rule of 100.
- A lead magnet, if there is one, has a kind, a form, a name and a promise.
- 7 first actions, 1 a day.
- No reply or conversion rate you haven't measured yet.
Rather have it written for you?
The lead generation plan generator fills in this same plan from what you sell and the time you have, and picks your channels in code. The warm outreach script generator writes the messages for your scripts.
Tools to capture and follow up
Every channel in the plan needs a place to capture leads and a way to follow up. I build my own opt-in forms and popups. If you'd rather not, Tally, ConvertBox and OptinMonster are good options.
