Paste your lab results or type them in, and your blood test stays in your browser.
Here's what biological age is, which blood test you need, how to read your result, and how to track it over time.
What is biological age?
Biological age is an estimate of how old your body acts. Your chronological age is the years since you were born.
Phenotypic Age estimates it from nine blood markers and your age. It was built on 9,926 US adults and checked on 6,209 more, with up to 12 years of follow-up, where it was a strong predictor of disease and death.

How to work out yours
What your result means
A number under your real age means your markers look like those of younger people in the study. A number over it means the opposite.
It's an estimate for one day, not a diagnosis. Take each test the same way, and compare them over time.
Track it over time
Every blood test you add sits beside the last, with its own biological age. Save your plan, and next time you open it, your new test goes next to the old ones.
Add your tracker's age too, on the Tests step, to see WHOOP, Oura, Bevel or Garmin next to your blood test.
