My morning routine checklist
This is what I do, 5:00 to 9:00am. Try any of it, and drop what doesn't work for you.

- Up naturally between 5 and 6, with no phone, and 30 seconds of intention

- Teeth, then filtered water with lime and sea salt

- Journal: 3 things I'm grateful for and 2 or 3 intentions

- Outside for 10 to 15 minutes of sunlight

- 60 minutes or more of movement: calisthenics, a hike, the ocean, the gym
